Once you’ve bought your ticket everything you see and do at the Show is FREE including the shows in the BLACKHAWK COLOSSEUM, the talks on the ROYAL CANIN STAGE, the Breed Showcase, Cat Adoption Zone & Stage, Ask-An-Expert, Pat-A-Cat, Purrfect Paws & Prosecco Parlour (Nail Bar Free – you just need to purchase your Prosecco) and the GET CATTY! Kitty Kids Zone where even the Feline Face Painting for the kids is free – click here to view all the Show Attractions.
Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed to bring their Cats for safety reasons and the show has been designed to educate, entertain and inform Cat owners and lovers – not Cats. Click here to view details on our Cat Welfare & Safety policy, and here for our policy on bringing Cats to the event.
We accept Companion Cards for carers and have a Pensioner, Seniors and Student Card discount. If you have a government issued Carers Card you can enter the show free of charge and will just need to purchase a ticket for the person in your care.
Tickets are valid for the day they are purchased so additional tickets are required for multi-day visits, however if you have bought your tickets but want to swap days this is OK – just visit the box office at the show entry. Tickets are non-transferable once purchased and there is a no refund policy and will only be refunded if there has been a technical error (such as a duplicate purchase). Ticket refunds will be refused past one week after show date. See FAQs below.
Once I have purchased my tickets where will they be sent?
Once you have purchased your tickets they will be emailed to your inbox attached as a PDF file that you can print. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folders. If you still can’t find your tickets just enter your email address at www.o-tix.com.au to locate them. Please also make sure you have set-up your O-Tix account. You can also log into the O-Tix website to reference the Tickets page within your account. If you think you entered your email address incorrectly simply contact us via the [email protected] email address.
Can I come on either day with my ticket?
When you buy your ticket you will need to select which day you want to attend the Show. Tickets are only valid for a single day entry on the day you selected when the ticket was purchased – so additional tickets are required if you would like to attend all two days.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you are not required to print your ticket, just present it on your phone to the staff at the show entry via the O-Tix website or from your email directly. It will then be scanned and you can enter the event directly.
