Last year was a sell-out and unfortunately a lot of people missed out. Demand for tickets is already exceeding last year and we will be limiting the number of tickets for sale each day to ensure we deliver an enjoyable experience for all visitors and ensure Cat welfare. To avoid missing out we strongly encourage you to book your tickets online now as we anticipate another sell-out Show.
Once you’ve bought your ticket everything to see and do in the Show is FREE. Your ticket includes presentations in the Black Hawk Colosseum, talks on the ROYAL CANIN Stage, the Trouble & Trix Breed Showcase, PETstock Assist Adoption Zone & Stage, Ask-An-Expert, Pat-A-Cat, Paws & Prosecco Parlour (Nail Bar is Free – you just need to purchase your Prosecco), Purrfect Match and the GET CATTY! Kitty Kids Zone where even Feline Face Painting for kids is free – click here to view all the Show Attractions.
Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed to bring their Cats for safety reasons and the show has been designed to educate, entertain and inform Cat owners and lovers – not Cats. Click here to view details on our Cat Welfare & Safety policy, and here for our policy on bringing Cats to the event.
We welcome Companion and carers cards. Simply present your card at the door upon entry. Companion card holders enter free of charge upon presentation of your card, you just need to purchase a ticket for the person in your care. The same process applies to anyone holding a NDIS card or those accompanied by an Auslan interpreter.
Tickets are valid for a single entry only. Additional tickets are required for multi-day visits. If you have bought your tickets and need to swap days this is OK. Tickets are non-refundable and will only be refunded if there has been a technical error (such as a duplicate purchase). Ticket refunds will be refused one week after show date. See FAQs below.
Once I have purchased my tickets where will they be sent?
Once you have purchased your tickets they will be emailed to your inbox as linked embedded in the email. Click on these links, they will open a blank web page and the tickets will download directly into your downloads box. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folders. If you still can’t find your tickets or think you may have entered your email address incorrectly simply contact us via the [email protected] email address.
Can I come on either day with my ticket?
When you buy your ticket you will need to select which day you want to attend the Show. Tickets are only valid for a single day entry so additional tickets are required if you would like to attend both days.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you are not required to print your ticket. At the Show entry you need to present your ticket for scanning, either as a printed version, or the digital version on your phone, or log into your account on the o-tix website and show your ticket. It will then be scanned and you can enter the event directly.
