Onsite Requirements Form – Breed Showcase

(Refer to the Exhibitor Information Manual for more information).

Public Liability Insurance (mandatory): All Breed Showcase participants must have Public Liability Insurance coverage or they will not be permitted to enter the venue. Most Association members are already covered as part of your membership and if that is the case then you do not need to provide us with proof of insurance and we will obtain this from your Association. If you do not have Public Liability Insurance coverage then please contact us now so we can make the necessary arrangements with you at least 3 weeks prior to the event and a small fee may apply.

The Cat Lovers Show recognises its moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees (including contractors and employees of contractors), exhibitors and visitors on-site: This commitment extends to ensuring that operations do not place the local community at risk of injury, illness or property damage. Our OH&S objective is to actively work towards elimination of injuries and fatalities. Our target is to have zero injuries and incidents. All Exhibitors, contractors, on-site suppliers and any person directly appointed to work on-site must abide by the Safety Site Management Plan (SSMP) and the OH&S Requirements. These plans are a guideline and in no way attempts to replace your overriding obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2007 and the associated Compliance Codes.
