Public Liability Insurance (mandatory): All exhibitors must have Public Liability Insurance or they will not be allowed to enter the venue. Please see below for more information.

It is your legal obligation under Victorian legislation to adequately insure yourself and your workers unless you are considered exempt. Exemptions may apply if you are a sole trader, proprietor or a member of a partnership in this case you may need alternative insurance. Exemptions may also apply if your rateable remuneration (what you pay yourself and others) is less than $7,500 per annum.

The Cat Lovers Show recognises its moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees (including contractors and employees of contractors), exhibitors and visitors on-site: This commitment extends to ensuring that operations do not place the local community at risk of injury, illness or property damage. Our OH&S objective is to actively work towards elimination of injuries and fatalities. Our target is to have zero injuries and incidents. All Exhibitors, contractors, on-site suppliers and any person directly appointed to work on-site must abide by the Safety Site Management Plan (SSMP) and the OH&S Requirements. These plans are a guideline and in no way attempts to replace your overriding obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2007 and the associated Compliance Codes.
